Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Saturday’s Here, an independent college football fan project. By using saturdayshere.com, with or without an account, you agree to them, to the community rules and to our privacy policy.

We aren’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any school, conference, team or the NCAA. School names identify the teams people cheer for; they belong to their owners.

• You must be at least 13.
• Contests and prizes set their own ages (usually 18, and 21 for anything involving alcohol), stated in each one’s official rules.
• Keep your account’s sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. One person, one account.
• If you act for a business or organization, you must be allowed to.

You own what you post. To show it, you give Saturday’s Here a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to host, store, resize, display and share it on Saturday’s Here: on game and team pages, in chats, in game recaps and on the share cards made from it. That permission ends when you delete it, except for copies other people already saved or shared, and anything we must keep for safety or the law.

Using your memory in our own social media posts, advertising or with a sponsor needs your separate, specific yes. Public credit on a memory, or being featured on a game page, is not permission for those.

Post only what you have the right to share. Don’t post anything that is:

• Harassing, hateful, threatening, or sexual; anything sexual involving a minor is reported to the authorities.
• Someone else’s private information, or a photo of a child without their parent’s okay.
• Pretending to be someone else, or to speak for a school, team or business you don’t represent.
• Illegal, spam, scams, or selling that isn’t allowed by a feature built for it.
• Someone else’s copyrighted work, such as broadcast footage or music you don’t have the rights to.

Friendly rivalry is the point; cruelty isn’t. The community rules have the details.

Posts and photos are screened automatically before they’re public, and people can report anything. We may hide or remove content, or limit an account, when we believe it breaks these terms.

In conversations, a first confirmed break is a warning; then a 24-hour mute; then a 7-day suspension; then a ban. Serious harm can skip straight to a ban. If you think we got it wrong, ask through Help and a person will look again.

Pick’em, leaderboards, stickers, Founding numbers and similar honors are for fun. They have no cash value, can’t be bought or sold, and aren’t gambling. We may correct a score or a board when data was wrong.

Every prize and contest is free to enter and has its own official rules, shown on its page and fixed once it opens; those rules govern it. Prizes offered by a business are that business’s to provide. Saturday’s Here may void a prize we believe is unfair, misleading or unlawful. Contest videos stay yours; the rules say exactly what you let us do with them.

Hosts run their own gatherings and are responsible for them: what they promise, who comes, food and drink, and following the law and the venue’s or school’s rules. Guests are responsible for themselves.

For tickets we point you to official sellers and to links fans share; we don’t sell tickets. For parking, hosts list their own spots and drivers deal with them directly. Card payments go through Stripe; other payments happen between the people involved. We’re not a party to those deals, but we’ll help settle problems reported through the app and may remove anyone who abuses them.

A page for a business or organization must be run by someone allowed to act for it, and what it says must be accurate. A “Verified” label means we confirmed that authority, not that we endorse the business. We may pause a page that gets repeated reports.

Memories, messages and pages are made by fans and hosts, not by us, and we don’t check that they’re accurate. Schedules, scores, forecasts and school links come from other sources and can be wrong or late. Links to other sites are for convenience; those sites have their own terms.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email hello@saturdayshere.com with the link, what you own, and your contact details. We remove infringing content, and accounts that repeatedly infringe.

The Saturday’s Here name, the pin logo, the song Saturday’s Here, and the design of the app are ours. Don’t copy them, or scrape or overload the site, or try to get around its limits or security.

Saturday’s Here is provided as it is, as available. We work hard to keep it running and accurate but can’t promise it always will be, or that it fits every purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Saturday’s Here isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other people post or do, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or what you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is more. If you misuse Saturday’s Here and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you’ll cover our reasonable costs.

You can stop at any time and delete your data yourself (see Privacy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or retire features as the project grows.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top, and we’ll tell you in the app about changes that matter before they take effect. Oklahoma law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
